About this Death Cafe

From both Sue and Traceys perspective, accepting ones own mortality helps us to live our lives fully and authentically.

'When the time comes and your own life flashes before you, make sure it is worth watching as tomorrow is promised to noone' (The Tao of Everest)

We encourage a relaxed and safe setting to discuss whatever comes up and we also have a lot of laughs!

About Sue Rabbich and Tracey Vickery

Sue is a complementary therapist, carer and trained end of life companion (Soul Midwife) who is keen to help communities break the taboo on talking about death and dying. (Which is even more relevant in these covid times). She is an experienced facilitator who likes to encourage a supportive atmosphere to help people to help themselves.

Tracey is an experienced oncology nurse and Soul Midwife who is also a companion at the bedside.  She teaches TLC (Tender Loving Care) in the community and facilitates conversations with staff and students at Universaties.  She is also a Mentor for the Midlands Soul Midwives.
