About this Death Cafe
we are set up in a free form format, all questions and comments are entertained. we provide a safe, respectful environment for our guests. our initial cafe was in july 2013, and we are currently planning our schedule for 2014. we are attempting to service our county by providing a morning session in vero, and an evening session is sebastian. we offer bi monthly gatherings a you can follow us at indian river county death cafe on facebook. we currently have no sponsors. we are offering light snacks at the evening meeting, but we encourage our guests to bring anything they may require for the 90 minute session.
About marie e pedrick
we are a core group of four members. angie, thanatologist and counselor. eula is a mediacal coder and businesswoman. susan is an lpn with backgrounds in home health and hospice. my name is marie, an rn with background of critical care over 30 years. we each bring something unique to the discussion. we alternate role of facilitator. as a group we share the responsibilities of planning and implementing our cafes'.
