About Fran Gilboy and Elizabeth Curry
Fran Gilboy and Elizabeth Curry are both students of the Heavenly Messengers: Awakening Through Illness, Aging and Death program through Spirit Rock Meditation Centre in California. Fran's background in yoga, Buddhism and dance combine with Elizabeth's experiences in Quakerism, academic training and music to create a fertile ground for discussion. The two share a passion for caregiving, each with their own experiences of awakening through the death of loved ones and through contemplating their own deaths.
