About this Death Cafe
I have run a few Death Cafes through Meetup. Now I am starting Death Cafes on my own which may give more local possibilities.
A Death Cafe is a safe space, where people meet over Tea and Cake to discuss Death. I believe our culture still finds the subject of death to be taboo. Now I wish to invite others to come together to speak about whatever is related to death.
This is not a grief counseling group, we just speak whatever is in hearts.
Please come if you are inclined, sounds strange, but I always feel uplifted after our Cafes. And it is not unusual to hear laughter in our room. Maybe because we speak about "real" things.
