About this Death Cafe
This cafe is free, with tea and cake provided. The death cafe is a forum for people to talk about death as it manifests in politics, science, art, and beyond. We want to open up a space to connect people from many avenues of experience, so that they go make positive changes in the world, while they are still alive.
Our Death Cafe will be conducted in English.
About Jamie Woodworth and the Historical Museum
Jamie Woodworth is a Master's student in Human Ecology at Lund University. She started the project as an avenue to get people to talk honestly about climate change.
Per Kersten and Anna Malinowski are the organisers at the historical museum. They will provide a guided tour through the museum midway through the cafe, and detail three exhibitions that relate to death.
