The Death Cafe speaks strongly to me, opening the space for conversation, exploration and curiosity about this most fundamental aspect of being alive. This cafe will be held as part of the Grof Legacy Training module on Death and Rebirth. 

About Katie Sharrock

I am a qualified Spiritual Companion and trauma counsellor working with TRE (trauma releasing exercises). Formerly I have worked as a Waldorf kindergarten teacher and administrator for an international Buddhist centre. Life now offers the alchemy of spirituality and therapy through Grof Legacy Training which enriches and expands my horizons further. My life journey is continually enriched by family caring, parenting and support.
