About this Death Cafe
This event came about because a friend is accompanying his relative through his 'end of life' journey, and wanted to be better equipped for this. We have dipped into Kathryn Mannix's book "With The End In Mind," which is proving very helpful, as none of us are experts. We are just aware that death is an uncomfortable subject for some people, so those who do want to talk about it can struggle to be taken seriously.
About Paul and Dorothy Wilson
Paul and Dorothy are lifelong residents of Teesside, and have lived in Billingham for almost 40 years.
Now retired from working in education, they have three grown-up children and five grandchildren.
